Engineering and Construction
Non process infrastructure, concrete and structural works, camp and workshop builds, and design and construct packages.
The buildings around the plant
Process plant is somebody else's job. Ours is everything around it: the pads it sits on, the workshop that services it, the camp the crew sleeps in and the roads that connect the lot.
We hold our own concrete and structural crews rather than subletting them, so the program is ours to fix when the weather moves it.
What we build
-
Non process infrastructure
Offices, crib rooms, ablutions, laydown areas, fencing, car parks and the services that run underneath them. Small packages that nobody wants to mobilise a Perth contractor for.
-
Concrete and structural
Set out, formwork, reinforcement and pours from a single footing to a 400 cubic metre pad. Structural steel erected by our own riggers, with a franna or a 50 tonne slew where the lift needs it.
-
Camp and workshop builds
Modular accommodation villages, kitchen and dining blocks, wet mess fit outs, workshops with overhead cranes, wash bays and oily water separators.
-
Design and construct
Where the scope is still loose we bring our engineer in and price it as a design and construct package. You carry one contract and one program instead of a design consultant and a builder pointing at each other.
Civil works
Haul roads, access tracks, drainage, floodways and laydown pads are the bulk of what leaves our yard each week. We shape and sheet roads, cut table drains, build crossings that hold through a cyclone season, and resheet the sections that did not.
The wet is the constraint here, not the plant. We program civil works backwards from December, and we say in the tender which parts we think will not make it rather than telling you in February.
Tell us about the job
Send us the scope and a rough program. We will tell you straight away whether we can crew it.
