Most of the work we do here is filling a gap. A machine goes down, a campaign runs long, a shutdown needs forty extra hands for nine days. We price that work by the scope, not by the hour, so you know what it costs before the crew leaves the yard.
Our people are inducted for most of the major East Pilbara sites already. We keep tickets, medicals and inductions in one register and send it with the quote.

Because we mobilise from town, a call on Monday can be boots on the ground by Wednesday when the inductions are already current. Plant comes off our own yard, so we are not waiting on a hire company in Perth.
