Plant Hire

Excavators, dump trucks, graders, water carts and cranes, hired wet or dry from our Newman yard.

The fleet lives in town

Every machine on this page is parked in Newman tonight, not in a Perth depot. That is the difference clients notice: a breakdown on Tuesday is a swap on Wednesday, not a low loader booking for the following week.

Servicing runs through our own workshop on a 250 hour cycle, and the service records come with the machine.

The fleet

  • Excavators

13 tonne through to 90 tonne, with buckets, rock breakers and grabs. Tilt hitches on the smaller machines.

  • Dump trucks

Rigid and articulated, 25 to 40 tonne. Side tippers available on the same chassis for road works.

  • Graders

12M and 14M class, with operators who can hold a crossfall without a screen telling them to.

  • Water carts

Seven carts from 12,000 to 40,000 litres. Pumps, cannons and sprays are serviced weekly through the wet.

  • Cranes

Frannas at 20 and 25 tonne, slew cranes to 50 tonne, with dogmen and riggers on our own books.

Wet hire means our operator, our fuel, our servicing and our insurance, at one rate per hour. Dry hire means you take the machine and run it yourself, which is cheaper per hour once the operator, the fuel and the daily checks are yours.

Lifting

Cranes are the part of the fleet clients ask about most, and usually latest. A 25 tonne franna will take a chute liner off a crusher without a second machine standing by. A 50 tonne slew covers most structural steel on a workshop build.

Anything beyond a routine pick gets a lift study and a documented plan before the truck leaves the yard. We would rather lose half a day to paperwork than drop a load.
