We are a civil and mining contractor based in Newman. We build and maintain the roads, pads, camps and workshops that keep Pilbara sites running, and most of our crews live in town rather than fly in.

How we operate

One superintendent owns each job from the pre start to the handover pack. Clients get a phone number, not a queue. If a job is running behind we say so at the weekly meeting, not at the end.

Vision and values

Do the work properly, leave the site tidy, and pay people what the job is worth. We want to be the contractor Newman keeps calling back, twenty years from now.

Total recordable injury frequency rate for the twelve months to June 2026, across 41 people on the books. Two recordable injuries, both reported the same shift.

Safety

Pre start every shift, take five before anything unfamiliar, and a stop work call that any crew member can make without ringing a supervisor first.

Environment

Dust suppression on every active road, wash downs before plant moves between tenements, and topsoil stripped and stockpiled so it can go back.

Community

We hire in Newman first, we take on apprentices every intake, and we buy fuel, tyres and consumables from local suppliers where the price is close.

Working at Newman

Getting good people to the Pilbara is harder than getting the work. We run even time on most crews, we keep camp rooms for the people who want them, and we would rather train a local fitter than fly one in for six months.
